My wife and I are just a few weeks away from parenthood. Nevaeh will be here sometime around August 1st. We’re anxiously awaiting her, but have pretty much resigned ourselves to the fact that she’s just never coming out. I’ve seen the ultrasounds, and it looks like she’s laughing at us. At night, when Jenn is asleep and I’m up playing my DS, I swear I can hear her, building tiny Ikea shelving units for the long haul. The other day, we received a Sharper Image catalog addressed to her, by name. Come on, kid, you’re freaking me out. Just get out of there already.
As a sidenote, my wife has recently (today) launched her new blog. You can find it at charisophia.com. Please drop by and show your support to my better half(s).
