A video I found on the Maniacal Rage tumblog. Sound and video clips of Bill O’ Reilly spliced with video from the game Battletoads. O’ Reilly gets a little explicit (but you probably knew that already). This made me laugh out loud. I have to completely agree with Garrett, too. This video is hilarious, but the memories of trying to beat this godforsaken level are chilling. Just chilling. The music in the video made me cringe. I’m serious.
A graffiti artist, who I can only guess is going by the name Blu, recently posted a video of some of his art. It’s making the rounds on blogs here and there, and for good reason. This is over seven minutes of animated awesomeness, done entirely with black and white paint, entitled “Muto”. Enjoy.
Mister Cobb sent me this video today at work. It’s a girl freaking out at an old woman on our local transit system, the Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, AKA Marta. I never got anything this colorful in my three years of traveling to-and-fro from the University, though I was once accosted by a very talkative mute armed with a pen and paper who was in love with Cameron Diaz.
A small “company” called Enkin is producing an application for Google’s upcoming Android mobile platform that combines Google Maps, GPS, live video, and orientation sensors to produce something straight out of Star Wars. They plan on entering it into Google’s Android Developer Challenge.
The expansion of Wal Mart’s stores, from 1963 to 2007. Fascinating to watch, and just a bit frightening. (via Juicy Tidbits)
During my sophomore semester at <abbr title=”Georgia State University”>GSU</abbr>, I took Film 1101 (Introduction to Film) as an elective. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it very much. I learned more than I ever thought possible about film and film-making. My teacher was a very eccentric fellow with a lot of strange ideas.
